I think some people might be insane.

She thinks that drilling a big ole hole in meteor (that's all they want to do - not blow it up)is going to cause mass anxiety and panic and wants $311 million US to compensate her for "moral" damages? What about "being a total fucktard" damages? How much should she be forced to pay for that?
